Biochem lecture sucks. It's like, the teacher confused herself over the phospholipid bilayer. I know peripheral proteins are supposed to be close to the edge of phospho head, but it doesn't mean that it's outside of the cell when it clearly said CYTOPLASM there. It's INSIDE the cell, for Cambridge's sake.
